Hammonton Food Truck Festival

Everyone knows how much I love Downtown Hammonton.  There are so many awesome local businesses, restaurants, and entertainment.  We love the community and some days it’s so quiet it seems like it’s one of the “best kept secrets”  There’s always the best little events going on like their Third Thursdays.  One event that we are beyond stoked about is the Hammonton Food Truck Festival THIS FRIDAY!  Match made in heaven right there.  Our favorite little town and our favorite  – FOOD! The festival will be from 5:30-9:30pm.

The line up looks pretty fantastic.  We have had experience with both The Surf & Turf Truck and Undrgrnd Donuts at Garden State Discovery Museum’s Groovin & Grubbin last year.  We are already huge fans of Russell’s Pic II as we go there all of the time.

Hubby can’t wait to try Mama’s Meatballs and Mobile Mardi Gras.  I cannot wait to try Tacos Al Cardon & The Original Soupman.  I’m sure Abby will love Shore Shake or The Ice Cream Experiment.

The other trucks that will be there are:

Mustache Mobile

Fork In The Road

Luke’s Lobster

The Cow & The Curd

Mad Dash

Philly Fry

Baron Von Schwein

Poi Dog

The Whirly Pig

Top Shelf Mobile Cuisine

Laughing Crab Catering

Here’s a helpful map of how the setup will be for Friday night! If you see me shoving my face with great food don’t be shy come say hello!

You will also probably find me at my favorite boutique Behind The Moon Shop taking some fun selfies at their Selfie Spot!

I wasn’t familiar with food trucks outside of NYC, where they are just the landscape but our local farmers market now has a BBQ and a Middle Eastern foods one, YUM!

Gina we have some food trucks at our local farmers market as well. Hammonton will also have several during their big carnival in July. I also love that Garden State Discovery Museum features them every Wednesday night July – August. Of course they are in Philly, but they are far and few between. I love that they are becoming more mainstream because they are pretty awesome!

Sorry that I’m going to miss this event, but I hope they do this again.
